Gina Kotzas

Gina Kotzas have been working in hospitality and customer service since 1993. He experience over the years have evolved around managing and working in her family lunchbar in Balcatta. After selling her lunchbar, Gina was asked by the new owners to stay on working for them, which she did for another 4 years.
The most Gina enjoys about her job with Adam's BrunchBox is dealing with the public - having a laugh, making them smile and knowing that they always come back for more. One of her greatest enjoyment is carrying a tune with Chef Andrew in the kitchen! The best thing Gina finds working with Adam's BrunchBox is that she feels she is treated well by both her bosses: "like a lady, with respect". She enjoys working in a warm, pleasant and humorous environment which she fondly calls her "Adam's Family".
The philosophical principles Gina abides by in life centres around the family, which is very important to her. This includes being honest, respectful of one another, and always look on the bright side of life. The best advice Gina will give someone will be "to follow your heart, always be honest with yourself, and think positively with any given situation that may arise in your life."
Daisy Smith
For those of you who visit Adam’s on Saturdays, you may have met Daisy who has just started working with Adam’s. Daisy is Chef Andrew’s niece from Geraldton and is currently studying at ECU.
Daisy’s experience in hospitality began in 2003 at Two Tarts Cafe in Northampton where she developed most of her customer skills and found an interest in table-waiting as well as meeting new people. Her experience further expanded while working with 100-1 Cafe which catered for various functions - in particular, the race meetings in Geraldton. This continued in 2007 after her Year 12 graduation.
In 2008, Daisy moved to Perth in order to pursue her dreams in journalism. Whilst studying full time, she also worked part time at Subway in Victoria Park.
“What I enjoy most about working at Adam’s is the friendly and inviting atmosphere it upholds. I strongly believe that if your work environment is enjoyable and warm, then your customers will be happy. As far as food is concerned, I love food! The fact that food can fulfil your tastebuds and at the same time give a great sense of satisfaction from the different flavours is to me absolutely delightful!” |
